Our Mission Statement

We believe that starting children in a fitness program at at early age promotes self-confidence and high self-esteem as well as improved physical health.

Through our programs that utilize creative movement and basic tumbling, we teach your children that fitness is fun and encourage the development of a lifetime of healthy habits.

We offer a wide range of program choices to better meet the individual needs of your child.





Our Teams

Currently we have girls that are in Xcel (both competing and non-competing). We also have girls that compete from Level 3 and up. Please see Donna for information about joining one of our teams.

If you have misplaced your contract or if you are new to the team, our Team Information 2017 is available. You will also find the team practice days and times. The signed contract (Team or Pre-Team) can be dropped off at the gym and given to our team parent or a coach.
